Ahead of the Monarchs' spring 2024 season, the King's College athletic department announced the promotion of Mike Cebrosky to head coach with his first season at the helm in 2024.

At King's Head Coach

  • Guided the Monarchs to their first out right MAC title in program history and their first appearance in the NCAA Division III Football Championships, advancing to the second round in the 2024 tournament.
  • Oversaw 21 All-MAC honorees, one MAC Offensive Player of the Year, and three D3football.com All-Region 1 honorees.
  • Overall record of 10-2, while posting a 9-0 mark in MAC play.
  • Named MAC Coach of the Year in 2024.
Program Milestones
  • 2024 - First MAC title since 2002 and first out right.
  • Advanced to the Second Round of the 2024 NCAA Division III Football Championships with a first-round victory over Ursinus College at McCarthy Stadium.
  • Led the team to the longest win streak in program history with 10 straight wins in 2024.
  • Set new single-season records with 2,553 rushing yards, 29 passing touchdowns, and 370 points scored in 2024.
  • Recorded top-10 single season marks in rushing touchdowns (t-2nd with 25), pass completions (10th with 159), and passing yards (8th with 2,102).
  • Produced a program-best 21 All-MAC honorees, including two-time MAC Offensive Player of the Year Russell Minor-Shaw in 2024.
  • Saw a program-best six honored on the D3football.com All-Region 1 teams.

Personal

  • 2008 graduate of Delaware Valley College with a bachelor of science degree in secondary education and social studies.
  • 2003 graduate of Leighton Area High School.
  • Was a four-year member of the Aggies football team, leading the program to MAC Championships in 2005 and 2008.
  • Led the Aggies to an undefeated (10-0) regular season and a school-record 12-1 overall mark in 2005 capped off with an ECAC Championship title.
  • Named Aggies' Team Rookie MVP in 2005 and started in 42-of-45 games in his career, missing just three due to injury.
  • Named a D3Football.com "Player of the Week" in 2008.
  • Resides in nearby Mountain Top, Pa. with his wife Alyssa and two children, Callie (4) and Noa (NB).
