Biography

Steve Sulcoski, who is considered one of the region's finest hitting instructors, enters his second season the King's College coaching staff in 2025. Sulcoski brings a wealth of knowledge as a professional baseball player in various independent leagues (Atlantic League, Can-Am League, Frontier League, United League, and The Empire League), at Division II Shippensburg, and at Misericordia.

At King's, Sulcoski is responsible for developing the hitters in both the varsity and junior varsity programs. He will also work with the overall development of the catchers and pitch calling with Coach Kaster on game days. As mental performance coordinator, he is responsible for working with position players and pitchers on mental performance activities to improve their confidence, concentration, and composure.

  • 2013 graduate of Misericordia University with a degree in sport management.
  • Named All-MAC Freedom Second Team as a designated hitter.
  • Played in 49 games for the Cougars while setting the single-season record in RBIs with 54.
  • Native of nearby Hanover, Pa. and graduate of Hanover Area High School.
