Volleyball Sweeps Manhanttanville 3-0

KING'S VOLLEYBALL SWEEPS MANHATTANVILLE, 3-0
    
PURCHASE, NY -- The King's women's volleyball team picked up an important 3-0 Freedom Conference victory over Manhattanville College Wednesday evening in Purchase, NY.

King's, which won by scores of 25-8, 25-12, 25-18, improving to 18-6 overall and 4-2 in Freedom Conference play. Manhattanville slipped to  6-16 and 1-5.

Kat Clerici led the way with 11 kills and three total blocks. Tanya Rabenold added seven kills and three digs. Danielle Belfanti tallied 15 digs and 15 service points while Katie Doss contributed seven kills and six digs. Samantha Garrigues dished out 14 assists while Kelly Greenway chipped in with 12 assists.

King's will be idle until Tuesday when the Lady Monarchs host FDU-Florham in an important conference matchup at 7:00 p.m. in Scandlon Gym.
