King's Tennis Downs Marywood 5-4

KING'S TENNIS DOWNS MARYWOOD

WILKES-BARRE -- The King's College men's tennis team posted a 5-4 victory over Marywood University Monday at Kirby Park.

With the win the Monarchs improved to 11-9 on the year.

Marywood would capture two of the three doubles matches, but King's rallied to win four of the six singles bouts to claim the victory.

Davis Boe was the lone winner in singles and doubles for the Monarchs. Blake Bonser, David Kaluzavich, and Joe Guza also picked up singles victories while Boe teammed with Povl Schmidt to claim the Monarchs lone win in doubles.

Kyle McGee and Greg Chilson posted singles victories for the Pacers.
