Field Hockey Drops 2-0 Decision to E-Town

KING'S COLLEGE FIELD HOCKEY FALLS TO ELIZABETHTOWN
 
ELIZABETHTOWN, PA – The King's College field hockey team dropped a 2-0 decision to host Elizabethtown College on Saturday.
 
Elizabethtown improved to a 5-2 record while King's dropped to 4-2. Brenna Noon and Katy Boone both scored unassisted goals for the Blue Jays.
 
King's, which came off a 3-0 victory over Elmira College on Wednesday, could only get two shots. The lone shot on goal came from Jenera Quinones, which was saved by keeper Liz Hannegan. Erin McGinley also played the whole game as the Monarchs' keeper making six saves.
 
The Monarchs are back in action to face the top ranked team in Division III Messiah College at McCarthy Stadium in the Robert L. Betzler Athletic Complex on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m.
