KING'S MEN'S TENNIS BLANKS FDU-FLORHAM
WILKES-BARRE – The King's College men's tennis team registered a 9-0 victory over FDU-Florham in a Freedom Conference matchup Wednesday at Kirby Park.
With the win, King's improved to 8-8 overall and 3-2 in conference matches. FDU, meanwhile, fell to 3-11 and 1-4 in league competition.
John Hand, Tim Carroll, Mike Steinberger, and Nick Conte were all winners in both singles and doubles for the Monarchs. Joe Guza and Jon Ferrie teamed up for a doubled win while David Chen and P.T. Romano added singles victories.
King's returns to action Thursday with a 3:30 p.m. matchup with Lycoming at Kirby Park.
