KING'S TENNIS FALLS TO MANHATTANVILLE
PURCHASE, NY -- Host Manhattanville College swept every match as the Valiants recoreded a 9-0 decision over King's College Saturday.
With the win, Manhattanville improved to 12-5 overall and 5-1 in the Freedom Conference while the Monarchs slipped to 8-10 overall and 3-3 in league play.
Manhattanville captured the opening three singles bouts before moving on to singles. There, the Valiants won all six contests without losing more than two sets in any match.
The Monarchs return to action Sunday as they go on the road for a 1:00 p.m. contest against Elizabethtown College.
