Lady Monarch Volleyball Falls to DeSales in Freedom Conference Opener

KING'S VOLLEYBALL DROPS FREEDOM CONFERENCE OPENER AT DESALES

CENTER VALLEY -- The King's College women's volleyball fell to host DeSales University 3-0 in the Freedom Conference opener for both teams Wednesday night in Center Valley.
King's, which fell to 1-5 overall, fell by scores of 25-13, 25-10, 25-11. DeSales, meanwhile, improved to 8-2 on the year.

Emily Heimbecker led the Lady Monarchs with five kills and six digs while Lauren Rockhold followed with four kills and nine digs. Amanda Horton dished out 15 assists with six digs while Kelsie Kramer and Katie Senunas chipped in with three kills apiece.

King's returns to action Saturday with a 1:00 p.m. home matchup against William Paterson University on Scandlon Gymnasium.
