The Lady Monarchs are hoping to have shaken off the affects of an eight-day off period due to area flooding from Hurricane Irene. After King's was evacuated for four days, the team return to practice Monday before facing Arcadia University on Tuesday. The Lady Monarchs won 2-0 but were sluggish, particularly in the second half when the team's inactivity revealed itself.
King's enters the weekend with a 3-1 mark and will face major tests against a pair of opponents combining for a 9-0 record. Scranton stands at 4-0 to date while Montclair State is 5-0 and ranked 20th nationally by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.
The Lady Monarchs have been paced by the play of senior forward

Jackie Sikora follows with seven points on three goals and one assist while fellow junior
Calli Berryman also adds seven points on two goals and three assists. Junior
Megan Mundy has five points on two goals and one assist.
King's defense will be manned by senior Regional All-American
