Selinsgrove, PA-- King's College men's tennis team knocked off host Susquehanna 8-1 in the season opener Saturday afternoon.
Chris Cozzillio set the tempo with a win at number one singles by a score of 6-2, 6-0.
Tim Carroll and
Tony Bevevino picked up wins at second and third flights respectively.
At fifth flight singles
Chris DiMino picked up the win and
Jake Rohring rounded out the singles win at sixth flight.
The Monarchs swept the doubles matches capped with
Andrew Panzitta and
Anders Larson winning 8-6 at third flight.
Next Saturday the Monarchs return to action when they host Lycoming at 11:00 am at Kirby Park.
