Lady Monarchs Volleyball Earns 3-0 Win Over Rosemont

KING'S VOLLEYBALL HITS THE ROAD TO DEFEAT ROSEMONT, 3-0
ROSEMONT -- The King's College women's volleyball team won its first match of the year as the Lady Monarchs posted a 3-0 victory over host Rosemont College Tuesday night in Alumnae Hall.

King's, which won by scores of 25,12, 25-15, 25-11, improved to 1-4 while Rosemont slipped to 0-2,

King's was paced by Heather BOwman who tallied team highs of eight kills and six digs. Lauren Rockhold followed with six kills and five service aces. Kelsey Kramer added four kills while Amanda Horton distributed 15 assists, two kills, and two digs.
Emily Heimbecker posted three kills, two digs, and two blocks. Kaleigh Brady dished out nine assists while Caityn Custer and Jillian Foster chipped in with four digs each.

King's returns to action Friday and Saturday at the Muhlenberg College Invitational in Allentown. On Friday, King's opens play at 5:00 p.m. against Albright College before facing Muhlenberg at 7:00 p.m.
