MONARCH TENNIS TEAM FALLS TO WILKES
WILKES-BARRE – The host Wilkes University men's tennis team posted a 7-2 Freedom Conference win over King's Saturday at the Ralston Courts.
With the win Wilkes improved to 9-2 while the Monarchs slipped to 7-9
King's won one singles and one doubles match on the day. In singles, Middle Atlantic Conference champion
Chris Cozzillio, who transferred to King's in the fall, was a 6-3, 6-3 victor over his former teammates. In doubles, Cozzillio also teamed with
Tim Carroll as the MAC doubles champions posted an 8-6 triumph.
