KING'S MEN'S TENNIS DEFEATS BBC, 7-2

WILKES-BARRE -- The King's College men's tennis team posted a 7-2 victory over visiting Baptist Bible College Wednesday at Kirby Park.

With the win King's improved to 11-9 while the Defenders slipped to 8-7

After the Defenders won two of the three doubles matches, King's clinched the contest by winning all six singles bouts. Chris Cozzillio, Tim Carroll, Tony Bevevino, Jake Rohring, Andy Panzitta, and Bobby Buttafogo each won their singles matches to secure the win for King's. Jake Rohring teamed with Andrew McMaster to register the Monarchs' lone singles win.

King's will return to the court Saturday when the Monarchs host Manhattanville College at 1:00 p.m. at Kirby Park
