MONARCH TENNIS OPENS SEASON WITH 6-3 WIN OVER MORAVIAN
WILKES-BARRE -- The King's College men's tennis team opened the 2012-13 season on a high note as the Monarchs posted a 6-3 victory over visiting Moravian College Saturday at Kirby Park.
King's opened the match by winning two-of-three doubles contests, the captured four of the six singles bouts.
Tony Bevevino and Anders Larson were both winners in singles and doubles for the Monarchs. Chris DiMino and Jordan Furdock were singles winners for King's while P.T. Romano and Jake Rohring were part of winning doubles teams for the Monarchs.
