King's Women's Basketball Travels to FDU for Freedom Conference Title Game
Madison, N.J. – The King's College women's basketball team makes a return trip to the Freedom Conference championship on Saturday when they travel to FDU-Florham on Saturday for a 1:00 p.m. tip-off.
Ticket prices are set at $6 for adults, $4 for seniors, $2 for students while children under age-six will be admitted free.

The Lady Monarchs advanced to the title tilt with an 80-70 victory over third-seeded DeSales on Wednesday. King's is now 21-5 on the year. FDU-Florham is 23-3 after notching a 67-52 over the fourth seed Eastern.
The Lady Monarchs are making their 17
th trip to the Freedom Conference tournament in the past 18 seasons, including the seventh time in head coach Brian Donoghue's eight years at the helm. Since the Freedom postseason became just the Freedom Conference teams in 2000-01, King's has posted a 9-9 record. The Lady Monarchs have won two Conference titles, in 2000-01 and 2002-03.
Senior guard
Katlin Michaels leads the way for King's averaging 15.5 points. Michaels also leads the nation in assists per game with 7.2 as well as 6.5 rebounds and 3.5 steals. Fellow senior
Celia Rader adds 13.8 points hitting 77 three-pointers on the season.
Lindsay Atchison chips in 10.4 points and 5.8 boards per game.
Freshman
Jennifer Fabian has stepped into the starting lineup and contributed 7.9 points and 7.2 rebounds per game playing in 20 games with nine starts. Senior
Molly Dahl tallies 6.5 points and 5.7 boards per contest while blocking 25 shots this season.
The Devils offense is paced by Kyra Dayon with 18.1 points while grabbing 7.6 rebounds. Leigh-Ann Lively notches 12.7 points and 3.6 rebounds per game. Lively has connected on 55 three-pointers this season. Rachel Groom is the third FDU player in double figures with 10.2 per contest.
Delisha Thompson adds 9.0 points and a team-leading 6.7 boards per game. Jalessa Lewis has scored 8.5 and pulled down 4.5 rebounds per outing. Kara Dayon provides 6.3 points and 4.8 rebounds off the bench.
The two teams split the regular season series with each team defending their home floor. FDU notched an 81-59 win on Dec. 1 while the Lady Monarchs tallied a 66-45 victory on Feb. 2.
The winner of the game earns an automatic bid into the NCAA tournament. The tournament field is expected to be announced on Monday.
