KING'S VOLLEYBALL FALLS AT DEL-VAL

DOYLESTOWN -- The King's College women's volleyball team dropped a 3-0 decision to host Delaware Valley College Thursday in Doylestown.

Delaware Valley, which won by scores of 25-16, 25-12, 25-15, improved to 7-6 overall and 1-1 in Freedom Conference play. King's, meanwhile, slipped to 6-5 and 0-2 in league play.

Jessica Carr posted five kills and five kills for King's while Kelsie Kramer added five kills. Mary Loughran dished out 14 assists and nine digs while Alexa Nelson contributed four kills. Elen O'Donnell posted two kills and three digs while Eboni Chase and Aubrey Gryskiewicz chipped in with five digs apiece.

The Lady Monarchs return to the court Thursday with a road trip to face The College of Staten Island at 5 p.m.
