KING'S MEN'S TENNIS BLANKED BY CORNERSTONE

ORLANDO, FLA -- The King's  men's tennis team dropped a 9-0 decision to National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics member Cornerstone University Tuesday in Orlando.

With the loss King's fell to 3-3 while Cornerstone improved to 8-5.

In defeat the Monarchs had three strong showings. In singles, Stephen Brand dropped a 7-6 (9-7), 7-6 (7-3) match decided by two tiebreakers.  Chris DiMino gave a valiant comeback effort is losing 6-0, 6-7 (5-7) an 11-9 in a super tie-breaker.  In doubles, Brand and Tony Bevevino lost a close 9-7 match.
