KING'S MEN'S TENNIS POST 8-1 WIN OVER DELAWARE VALLEYDOYLESTOWN, PA --- The King's College men's tennis team remained perfect in Freedom Conference play with an 8-1 victory over Delaware Valley on Sunday afternoon.
With the win King's improves to 5-5 overall and 2-0 in Freedom Conference play. Delaware Valley meanwhile fell to 0-5 overall and 0-1.
Terry Briggs and
Bennett Williams were winners in singles for King's while
Tyler Tuck and
John Labiak teamed for a win at number-one doubles. Delaware Valley, playing in their first ever Freedom Conference match, forfeited two of the doubles matches and three of the singles matches.
King's next match is scheduled for Tuesday when they travel to Clarks Summit to face Baptist Bible at 4:00 p.m.
