King's Volleyball Splits Day-Two, Finishes at 2-2 at York Tourney

KING'S VOLLEYBALL SPLITS DAY TWO OF YORK TOURNEY, FINISHES WITH 2-2 MARK
YORK -- Just as it did on day-one, the King's College volleyball team went 1-1 on day-two of the York College Invitational Tournament, concluding Saturday in York.
By going 2-2 in the event, King's now stands at 12-3 on the year.
In its first match of the day King's downed LaRoche 25-18, 25-10, 25-17.

Katelyn Shifflett paced King's with 13 kills, and two block assists while Rachel Miller added nine kills and 11 digs. Jill Korgeski checked in with nine kills while Maddie Kumm dished out 35 assists, two blocks assists. Julie Kollar chipped in with 11 digs and six kills.

King's then fell to York 10-25, 25-23, 15,25, 25-18, 6-15.
Katelyn Shifflett posted 12 kills with five block assists. Julie Kollar followed with nine kills and seven digs while Jessica Carr added six kills and two digs. Rachel Miller registered five kills and 15 digs while Jill Korgeski tallied four kills. Maddie Kumm dished out 28 assists  while Brenna Smudde chipped in with nine digs.
