King's will enter the game with a 6-6 mark while Penn State Wilkes-Barre stands at 3-8 record.

King's last played at home on December 11-12 at the FNC Bank/Monarch Classic.  After a three-week layoff, King's opened its second semester schedule on Monday with a 75-70 loss at Muhlenberg College.

The Monarchs are looking to get back to full speed physically. Against Muhlenberg, King's welcomed back two of its top players in junior forward Dan Rutecki and junior guard John Fazzini, both whom had not played since December 5 due to injuries.  The Monarchs lost both games without their first and third-leading scorers.

According to King's head coach J.P. Andrejko, "both Dan and John played well at Muhlenberg but will get better and better when their physical conditioning returns."

Rutecki currently leads the Monarchs with 12.0 points and 6.6 rebounds per-game. John Fazzini follows with 10.7 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 2.0 assists. Sophomore guard Chris Fazzini adds 9.9 points and 2.8 rebounds while senior center Tom Heston contributes 9.9 points and 8.5 boards. Freshman guard Jake Barber has tallied 9.2 points and 2.7 rebounds while junior guard Nate Oliver checks in with 8.8 points and a team-high 18 three-pointers. Senior guard Connor Hughes has produced 6.0 points and 3.0 board while junior forward John Dini chips in with 4.8 points and 2.8 rebounds.

After its game with Penn State Wilkes-Barre, KIng's will return to its Freedom Conference schedule on Wednesday with an 8:00 p.m. matchup at DeSales University. The Monarchs will then play at home Saturday, January 16 against league rival Eastern University.
