KING'S VOLLEYBALL SWEEPS KEYSTONE, 3-0

LAPLUME - The King's College women's volleyball team improved its season record to 18-9 as the Lady Monarchs posted a 3-0 victory over host Keystone College Thursday night in LaPlume.

King's won by scores of 25-19, 25-17, 25-20 and have been victorious in 10 of their last 11 contests.

The Lady Monarchs were led by Rachel Miller with 11 kills, 10 digs, and two blocks. Katelyn Shifflett added eight kills, nine digs, two aces, and three blocks. Hannah Gallagher also had eight kills, four digs, and two blocks, while Maddie Kumm dished out 26 assists  with nine digs.  Jill Korgeski contributed four kills and 10 digs while Alexis Swagler chipped in with four kills and four digs.

King's will be idle until Wednesday when the Lady Monarchs travel to Center Valley to face DeSales University in a 7:00 PM Freedom Conference matchup.
