WILKES-BARRE, PA (October 1, 2018) – The King's College (11-5, 1-2) women's volleyball squad finally returns home on Tuesday evening to face Delaware Valley University (3-9, 0-3) in their next conference match. King's will look to get even in conference play while the Aggies try to snap a five-match losing streak. The Monarchs then travel to Hackettstown, N.J. and face Centenary University (0-8) the very next night at 6 p.m.

• The Monarchs have registered 17.64 digs per set, good for second most in the MAC Freedom, while their team hitting percentage of .179 ranks third in the conference.
• King's has five players with over 100 digs on the season, tied for the most in the conference. They are Taylor Mueller (319), Rachel Miller (159), Wiatt Hoffmann (119), Toni Galasso (114), and Grace Frati (102).
• Hoffman, Miller, and Mueller have played in all 16 matches.

• Janel Gulch is in her second season as interim head coach for the Aggies and was a three-time second-team All-Freedom honoree at middle hitter from 2011-13. The Aggies are 6-22 overall since she became coach in 2017.
• The Aggies have allowed 9.68 kills per set, which is the fourth lowest in the conference.
• Kayla Bracken leads the Aggie attack, as she has 103 kills on the season, and is no. 7 in the MAC Freedom with 2.86 kills per set.
• Bracken also has 0.83 service aces per set, the highest mark in the conference, and 18^th in Division III Volleyball.
• Bracken's hitting percentage of .070 leads the team, while her 112 digs and 13 blocks are both second most on the team.
• Danielle McKelvey has 53 kills and has posted a .130 hitting percentage over her last six matches. Her 121 overall digs leads the team.
• Tara Moffa has 3.64 digs per set, good for no. 9 in the conference.
• Samantha Nields has recorded four solo blocks and 14 total blocks, both the most on the team.

• Kelsey Walter is on season four as coach of Centenary, in which Centenary has posted a 5-70 overall record.
• Katie Alvarez chiefs the team with 19 kills.
• Storm Spooner spearheads the Cyclones with a .095 hitting percentage.
• Giani Montalvo is tied for no. 2 on the team with 18 kills and leads the team with six service aces.
• Melissa Krueger has 50 assists on the season, the most on the team.
• Eight different Cyclones have recorded a service ace this season.
• Alvarez and Krueger are co-leaders with 49 digs a piece.
• Alvarez, Montalvo, and Leandra Garcia each have four blocks this season, the most on the team.
• King's defeated Centenary in straight sets the last time the two programs met on Sept. 6, 2017.
