WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (October 17, 2018) – The Monarchs are headed to Williamsport, Pa. in hopes to redeem themselves against Lycoming College after a 3-1 loss in conference play at home to Misericordia. King's is at 17-8 overall and split 3-3 in Middle Atlantic Conference contests. Lycoming also looks to come off an unfortunate 0-3 loss at Lancaster Bible.

Last Time Out: King's fell to the Misericordia University Cougars in a five-set nail biter. Rachel Miller walked away with 26 kills, Wiatt Hoffman 45 assists and four aces and Taylor Mueller 28 digs. As a team the Monarchs made 52 kills and averaged a .235 hitting percentage. With set scores 9-25,19-25, 25-22, 25-18 and a superset of 19-17, King's drops to 17-8 overall and 3-3 in MAC Freedom bouts.

  • Lycoming is sixth overall in MAC Commonwealth standings
  • They have swept their opponents in three sets in 11 out of 13 of their victories.
  • Alysa McDevitt tops the team in kills averaging 2.13 per set and recording 207 in total.
  • Emily Morris has contributed 592 assists so far this season.
  • Emily Hepner is second in the conference for total digs with 488 which is good enough to snag No. 19 in the nation.
  • Hepner also is No. 1 on the Warriors for service aces with 30.
  • Elie Jednorski has totaled 73 blocks, 16 solo and 57 assists.
  • Lycoming is fourth in opponent hitting percentage allowing a .159.
