WILKES-BARRE, Pa (October 2, 2018) – The Monarchs head over to Williamsport, Pa. for a double-header this Sunday October 7. First up is Lycoming College (0-2) at 10:00 a.m. at Bruce Henry Park. Then in a quick turnaround the team will face Penn College (0-1) at 2:00 p.m. at the Penn College Tennis Courts. The crew is looking to add a win to their 0-1 record after a tough loss of 0-9 at Drew University last weekend. King's last played both teams Homecoming weekend of last year and sweeping Lycoming 9-0 and Penn 8-1.


Lycoming tennis lost their last match 1-8 at FDU-Florham. The lone win was the first career match by freshman Felix Mahon in the second flight. Mahon was forced to a superset tiebreaker where he ultimately took the match 10-7.
 
Penn College has not seen action since they dropped 0-9 to Susquehanna University the beginning of September.
 
Up Next: The Monarchs finish up a tough season back at home where King's will host the Middle Atlantic Conference Individual Championships. The tournament will be held at Kirby Park October 13 and 14 with times to be determined.
