WILKES-BARRE, PA (December 3, 2018) – The King's College women's basketball team will look to carry their four-game winning streak into MAC Freedom play on Wednesday, as they play host to Eastern University at 8 p.m. The Monarchs begin their quest to return to the MAC Freedom playoffs while the Eastern Eagles look to prove the pundits wrong.

Rebecca Prociak recorded a career-high 29 points and eight assists, as well as 15 rebounds as she paced the Monarchs to a 91-69 victory at Wesley College on Thursday night.
Mackenzie Yori also contributed with 22 points, four rebounds, and five assists in the win.

- King's was tabbed to finish third in the MAC Freedom preseason coaches' poll administered in October.
- The Monarchs are seeking their second consecutive MAC Freedom postseason berth. They were 10-4 in MAC Freedom play last year.
- King's relied more on the three ball in November than any other MAC Freedom squad, as they made 44 threes in 157 attempts.

- Additionally, Yori was eighth in Division III basketball with 133 total points, while teammate Rebecca Prociak is second in the MAC and 18th in Division III basketball with 125 points in November.
- Yori ranked third in the MAC Freedom with 23 total steals in the month of November.
- Rebecca Prociak has notched four double-doubles so far this season, which ranks third in the MAC Freedom, and only eight players in Division III women's basketball have more double-doubles so far than Prociak. Prociak is also sixth in the nation with 43 made free throws and eighth with 55 total free throw attempts.
- Samantha Rajza ranks ninth in the MAC Freedom with 1.3 steals per game.
- Emily Kriston leads the Monarchs with 3.0 assists per game, and is second in the MAC Freedom with a 2.1 assists-turnover ratio.
The Book on the Eagles (4-4, 0-0 MAC Freedom):
- Eastern was picked to finish seventh of eight teams in the MAC Freedom preseason coaches' poll taken in October.
- The Eagles are looking to improve on a 3-11 record in MAC Freedom action last year. They are seeking their sixth conference tournament appearance in the last eight years.
- The Eagles are currently 2nd in the MAC Freedom conference in 3-point field goal percentage, with .337 so far this season.
- Eastern is also 3rd in the conference in defensive rebounds, currently totaling 211, and averaging 30.1 per game.
- The Eagles last played against York College Saturday afternoon, where they lost 77-69.
- Regie Robinson has proven herself to be the team leader, scoring 44 of the team's 170 field goals, and 102 of Eastern's 419 field goal attempts.
- Robinson currently holds more than a fourth of the team's total points, with 130 of the team's 480 points this season.
- Robinson is also 2nd in the MAC Freedom Conference with 76 rebounds, averaging 10.9 rebounds per game. 57 of Robinson's rebounds have been defensive rebounds, in which she is also 2nd in the conference.
- Robinson is ranked 7th in the conference with 7 blocked shots.
- Jaelyn Harris is currently tied for 2nd in the MAC Freedom Conference in three-point field goal percentage, currently at .441.
- Harris also ranks 3rd in the conference in free throw percentage, with .810 this season.
- Da'Naziah Brown is ranked 5th in the MAC Freedom conference in assists, with 25.
- Brown is also ranked 13th in the conference with 13 steals
Matchup History: Going back to 2008, the Monarchs are 13-8 against the Eagles, including a 7-4 record here in McGrane Gymnasium. Last year, King's swept the Eagles though the teams have split the last six contests.
