KING'S MEN'S TENNIS POSTS 9-0 WIN OVER EASTERN

WILKES-BARRE -- The King's College men's tennis team posted a 9-0 victory over visiting Eastern University Saturday at Kirby Park.

With the win the Monarchs improved to 6-5 overall and 2-0 in MAC Freedom Conference play while eastern slipped to 2-4 and 0-2.

Nathan Carl, Tyler Millan, Jason Homschek, Austin Mackey, and Cameron Tuck were all winners in doubles and singles for the Monarchs. Carl and Tuck won their singles matches without dropping a set. The Monarchs, who received two forfeits in the match, dropped just five games in singles.

King's hosts Arcadia Sunday at 12:00 pm at Kirby Park
