MECHANICSBURG, PA (October 30, 2021) --- The King's College women's swimming team were defeated in all three matchups on Saturday afternoon at host Messiah College, with Hood College and Widener University.

Sarah Fleisher got the Monarchs going with a fourth place finish in the 1000 free for the Monarchs at 12:27.84. Jamie Navarro then clocked a 2:29.70 in the 200 IM to place sixth overall.

Maddison Quick tied for fifth place in the 100 free at 58.81. Kate Duffy followed next by notching fifth in the 200 back with a time of 2:26.59.

Kiera Booth swam a 6:02.35 in the 500 free which landed her in sixth place. The Monarchs finished off the day placing fifth in the 200 free relay at 1:50.11.  

The final scores of the quad meet on the women's side are listed below:

            Messiah University  168.50     29.50 King's College               

            Widener University  159.00     42.00 King's College              

KC will return to action next Friday when they travel to Lebanon Valley College at 6:00 pm.
