Â
The game was a back-and-forth effort in the third, as
Mia Campanile (So.) fueled the Monarchs start with a pair of kills, but four unanswered points from the Ducks began a 10-2 rally to gain an early edge. King's battled back within five, 16-11, but Stevens had a response to hold the Monarch comeback at bay, posting a 25-16 set three win and 3-0 victory over King's in the MAC Freedom match.
