2023 King's College Men's Cross Country Schedule // 2023 King's College Women's Cross Country Schedule

WILKES-BARRE, PA (June 20, 2023) -- On Tuesday afternoon, head coach Mike Kolinovsky and the King's athletic department released the 2023 King's College men's and women's cross country schedules. Their upcoming slate features four meets to prepare for the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championships and the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships for a spot in the NCAA Division III National Championship meet in November.

King's will race out to a quick start in September, making back-to-back trips up the mountain to Misericordia for the Misericordia Invitational on September 1, with the women's race beginning at 6:00 p.m., before returning on September 16 for the Cougar Invitational. The following weekend, the Monarchs will compete in the Lock Haven Invitational where they saw much success last season before finishing the regular season at the 2023 Inter-Regional Border Battle hosted by Rowan University in Glassboro, N.J.

The 2023 MAC Championships meet is hosted by Misericordia in Dallas, Pa. and is set for Saturday, October 28. After a brief recovery period and extra preparations, the Monarchs will then set their sight son the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships on November 11 as this year's meet is again hosted by Lock Haven.
