2023-24 King's College Women's Basketball Schedule

WILKES-BARRE, PA (July 10, 2023) -- With the new week comes the latest release of a King's College athletics schedule, and on Monday afternoon head coach Caitlin Hadzimichalis began the unveiling of the winter slates with the King's College women's basketball schedule. The 2023-24 season features 25 match ups for the Monarchs, including 12 contests on their home court in McGrane Gymnasium and some top-level competition.

King's opens its campaign on Wednesday, November 8 as the Monarchs are on the road at Gwynedd Mercy for a 6:00 p.m. tip off. The Monarchs will then open in front of their home crowd on Saturday, November 11 at 5:00 p.m. with Centenary (NJ). Another road test at Montclair State on November 15 will set up a four-game home stand for King's as they host Lycoming on November 18, Wilkes on November 21, Penn State Harrisburg on November 26, and Widener on November 29.

One more non-conference match up will see the Monarchs up at Marywood on December 2 before heading into the finals-week break. King's will then travel to Baruch on December 12 to wrap up their slate before the holidays. Their final non-conference opponents will feature a weekend trip south as the Monarchs will first take on Stevenson on December 29 before making the short trip over to Arlington, Va. to face Marymount on December 30.

The new year will ring in their Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) opener on January 3 as King's hosts FDU-Florham in McGrane Gymnasium at 7:00 p.m. Back-to-back outings will see the Monarchs at Arcadia on January 6 and at reigning champion DeSales on January 10. The remaining January slate will see King's host Stevens on January 13, Delaware Valley on January 17, and DeSales on January 31 while traveling to Misericordia on January 20, Lebanon Valley on January 24, and FDU-Florham on January 27.

Additional road tests in the MAC Freedom match ups will see King's battle at Delaware Valley on February 7 and Stevens on February 10. Home games in front of their electric crowd in McGrane Gymnasium include bouts with Arcadia on February 3, Lebanon Valley on February 13, and Misericordia in the regular-season finale on February 17.

The 2023-24 MAC Freedom Championships will get underway on Wednesday, February 21 with the semifinal match up, while this season's champion will be crowned on Saturday, February 24.
