2023-24 King's College Men's Basketball Schedule

WILKES-BARRE, PA (July 11, 2023) -- On Tuesday afternoon, veteran head coach JP Andrejko released the latest King's College athletics schedule for the 2023-24 season with the dropping of the Monarch men's basketball slate. The 2023-24 campaign will see the Monarchs take on 25 opponents throughout the season, including 12 match ups on their home court in McGrane Gymnasium.

The Monarchs will begin the season with a five-game road stretch, featuring their opener at Penn State Hazleton on November 8 and a tournament at Widener from November 10 to 11. Two more journeys out of Wilkes-Barre will see King's take on Penn State Scranton on November 14 and Elizabethtown on November 18 before their much-anticipated home opener.

King's will finally appear in front of their home crowd in McGrane Gymnasium and grant them with a four-game home stand, featuring contests with Clarks Summit on November 20, Centenary on November 27, Penn State Abington on November 30, and Marywood on December 10. The Monarchs will take on Penn College on December 13 out in Williamsport before wrapping up the 2023 portion of their schedule and non-conference slate with a home contest against the University of Scranton on December 30.

The Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) battles begin at home on January 3 against FDU-Florham before taking the trip down to reigning champions Arcadia on January 6. Back-to-back contests at home against DeSales on January 10 and Stevens on January 13 will set up the Monarchs for two road tests at Delaware Valley on January 17 and Misericordia on January 20. January's remaining match ups will see King's take on Lebanon Valley in McGrane Gymnasium while returning the trips to FDU-Florham on January 27 and DeSales on January 31.

Additional road bouts will see the Monarchs visit Stevens on February 10 and Lebanon Valley on February 13. King's will play host to Arcadia on February 3, Delaware Valley on February 7, and Misericordia in the regular-season finale on February 17.

This season's playoff tournament will see the semifinal contest held on Wednesday, February 21 with the 2023-24 MAC Freedom Champion crowned in the finals on Saturday, February 24.
