Hailey D'Amato picked up two wins to lead the King's College women's tennis team in a 7-2 setback to Ursinus College at the Oak Street Park Community Center on Tuesday night. With the loss, the Monarchs fall to 0-3 overall in dual matches.

D'Amato got her first win of the match in No. 1 doubles with
Ashley Kenia as they defeated the Bears team, 8-5. She then defeated Caroline Daly at No. 2 singles by a pair of 6-3 sets.

The No. 2 doubles team of
Jackie Costello and
Carlee Dellose fell, 8-2, to Ursinus' team. In No. 1 singles play, Kenia was downed by sets of 6-1 and 6-0 to Allie Armour, while Costello suffered losses of 6-2 and 6-1 at No. 3 singles to Kate Rubinkam. Dellose dropped sets of 6-3 and 6-2 to Fiona Finnerty in No. 4 singles play, while
Emma Rooney rounded out the match with set losses of 6-2 and 6-1 to Bella Vassalluzzo at No. 5 singles.

The women's team will be back in action tomorrow night, taking on Saint Mary's University (Minn.) at 5:00 p.m. at the Oak Street Park Community Center.
