ROCHESTER, NY (February 14, 2025) -- The King's College track and field team competed at the Nazareth DIII Elite Meet on Friday afternoon in the Golisano Training Center.
 
On the Track
60 Meter Dash
Abigail Springer ran at a time of 8.15 to finish eighth overall.
 
60 Meter Hurtles
Victoria Zultevicz finished fifth out of 32 competitors and posted a time of 9.60.
 
In the Field
Weight Throw
Brandy Varner took ninth overall with a throw of 14.24 on her third attempt. Katey Shoemaker recorded a mark of 13.34 on her first throw.
 
Pole Vault
Victoria Zultevicz cleared a height of 3.33 meters to earn a fourth-place finish and to gain a new program record.
 
The Monarchs will be back in action tomorrow afternoon for day two pf the Invite at Nazareth University's Golisano Training Center. Competition is set to begin at 9:30 a.m.
