ORLANDO, FL (March 11, 2025) -- The King's College women's tennis team started their Tuesday with a 7-0 setback to Loras College on Tuesday morning in Orlando, FL. The Monarchs fall to 0-4 overall, while the Duhawks improve to 7-11.

In singles action,
Ashley Kenia fell by sets of 6-2 and 6-0 to Mary Breitbach at No. 1 singles, while
Carlee Dellose battled through setbacks of 6-2 and 6-4 at No. 2 singles to Leia Papnicholas. At No. 3 singles,
Hailey D'Amato dropped her sets 6-3 and 6-1 to Caroline Hutchinson, and Ellie Kalina downed
Sarah Stettler, 6-1 and 6-2, at No. 4 singles.
Emma Rooney fell by a pair of 6-2 sets at No. 5 singles to Alexis Tatum, and
Betsy Allen faced a pair of 6-1 setbacks to Lauren Keiper at No.6 singles.

The No. 1 doubles pair of Kenia and Dellose, No. 2 doubles team of D'Amato and Stettler, and No. 3 doubles grouping of Allen and
Morgan Eiswerth all dropped 6-0 decisions to their Loras foes.

King's will return to the courts tomorrow afternoon as they take on Ohio Wesleyan at 3:30 p.m.
