ORLANDO, FL (March 12, 2025) -- In their third match of their spring training trip, the King's College men's tennis team fell, 7-0, to Ohio Wesleyan University on Wednesday afternoon. The Monarchs drop to 2-4 overall, while the Battling Bishops improve to 3-2.

John Toussaint went toe-to-toe in his No. 1 singles match before falling, 6-4 and 6-2, to Ian Tsai.
Patrick Pech had arguably the most thrilling match of the day, taking down Gabe Fogle 7-6 in the first set at No. 2 singles before dropping sets two and three, 7-6 and 10-8, respectively. Both
Cody Zheng and No. 3 singles and
Amir Samadian at No. 4 singles were downed by a pair of 6-0 sets. At No. 5 singles,
Gavin Hall fell by matching 6-1 sets to Marcus Bode, and
Zackary Bedwell dropped sets of 6-2 and 6-1 to Jacob Williams at No. 6 singles.

Doubles play saw both teams of Toussaint and Pech at No. 1 doubles and Hall and Zheng at No. 2 doubles fall, 6-2, while Samadian and Bedwell lost their No. 3 doubles match by a score of 6-0.

King's will take on their final opponent of their Florida trip tomorrow morning at 7:30 a.m. as they face University of Northwestern (MN).
