YORK, PA (February 15, 2025) – The King's College women's swimming team conclude their run at the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championships on Sunday morning with a strong performance at the Graham Aquatic Center. 
 
Mackenzie Huffer posted another personal best time, claiming 22nd in the 200-yard backstroke preliminaries at 2:25.03. Huffer's performance was 1.91 seconds better than her previous record. Carla Hidalgo also posted a personal best in the event, as touching the block at 2:25.03.
 
In the C Finals, Hidalgo won the heat with another personal best time, earning 17th overall at 2:21.26. Hidalgo's time in the finals was 6.27 seconds faster than her previous mark heading into the day. Huffer placed 23rd at 2:27.01
 
The Monarchs concluded their regular season, but will host their annual Red and Gold meet at the Scandlon Natatorium on February 21 at 1:00 p.m.
