EWING, NJ (February 28, 2026)— The King's College wrestling team concluded the 2025-26 campaign on Saturday at day two of the NCAA Region III Championships, hosted by TCNJ. The Monarchs were represented by
MJ Turi, who earned seventh place for the Monarchs in the 157 lb. weight class. As a team, King's finished 18
th out of 21 scoring teams with 15 points on the weekend.

Turi began day two of the Region Championships with the consolation quarterfinals against TCNJ's Colin Menier. The junior suffered a takedown in the first round and could not overcome the deficit, falling 4-0 by decision. The result moved him onto the seventh-place bout.
With seventh place on the line against York's Frank Gulli, Turi stepped onto the mat for the final time this season. The Scranton native finished it decisively, earning a first-round pin at 1:51 to take seventh at 157 lbs.
