NEWTOWN, PA (February 4, 2026) -- The King's College football team continued its long-running standard of academic excellence on Wednesday morning, as the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) announced that senior
Brennan Robinson and junior
Kaleb Beers were named to the 2025 Football Academic All-MAC Team. Their selections mark the 11th consecutive year in which at least one Monarch was placed among the top student-athletes for that season.
Â
A total of 23 football student-athletes were recognized for academic and athletic excellence. The MAC sports information directors nominate and vote for the Academic All-MAC teams, giving 50 percent weight on both academic success and athletic success. A student-athlete must have a fall semester grade-point average (GPA) of 3.20 or higher to be eligible for the award.
Â
Beers makes his first appearance on the Academic All-MAC team after a breakout season at left tackle and center, starting every game. The Allentown, PA native earned himself a spot on the All-MAC First Team after proving to be a strong, reliable presence in the trenches. Beers graded out at an impressive 95% on the season, allowing just two sacks all year. He was a key contributor on an offensive line that helped propel the Monarchs to 15 rushing touchdowns and 1,631 yards on the ground. The exercise science major has a concentration in strength and conditioning and was named to the 2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® Team. Beers finished the fall semester with a 3.73 GPA.
Â
Robinson picks up his second Academic All-MAC nod after earning the award as a junior in 2024. The All-MAC First Team running back started all 10 games during the 2025 campaign, racking up 1,107 rushing yards and 1,165 all-purpose yards to finish tied for second in the conference in rushing and third outright in all-purpose yards. The Norristown, PA native led the Monarchs' ground game with nine rushing touchdowns on 170 carries, leading the MAC with 6.5 yards per carry. His strongest performance of the season came at Stevenson, where he rushed for three touchdowns and 213 yards. A sports management major, Robinson posted a 3.31 GPA in the fall semester.
