CHESTER, PA (April 17, 2026) — King's College senior
Katey Shoemaker competed in the discus throw on day one of the Paul Donahue Invitational on Friday afternoon at the George A. Hansell Track & Field stadium hosted by Widener University.
Shoemaker finished seventh overall in the field of 33 competitors with a toss of 35.22 meters. Lydia Morris-Kliment from Swarthmore won the event at 43.46 meters.
The King's College women's track & field team returns to action at the Misericordia Invitational tomorrow afternoon on April 18 at 2:30 PM in Dallas, PA at the Anderson Outdoor Athletic Complex while Shoemaker returns to Widener to compete in the hammer throw scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m.
