PERSONAL: Daughter of Jacqueline Bowers ... has two younger siblings, Dominic and Saige ... a civil engineering major ... completed an ESTI internship with PennDOT ... chose King's over Rochester Institute of Technology, Quinnipiac, and Temple because "I felt I had more of an opportunity to succeed, both academically and athletically at King's. The environment is welcoming and dedicated to the success of the students. The civil engineering department was and is growing into a reputable community and curriculum. The women's ice hockey team offered me a position and a family after needing surgery done to both hips and not being sure whether I would play again."
