2022: Was a big part of the Monarchs back row appearing in 70 sets of 24 matches in 23 starts as a sophomore setter..Led the team with 372 assists and recorded 19 service aces, 141 digs and 22 kills on 43 points...Tallied double digit assists in 18 games...Had a season-high 40 assists, four kills, 15 digs on four points in the Monarchs win over Gwynedd Mercy (10/29/22)...King's finished 18-10 overall and 0-8 in MAC Freedom play.

2021: Was a staple in the Monarchs back row, appearing in 92 sets of 26 matches, making 25 starts, as a first year defensive specialist for the Monarchs...Recorded 219 digs at 2.38 digs per set, adding 19 assists and 16 service aces...Totaled double-digit digs nine times, including five matches in a row from October 2 to October 12...Posted a season-high 15 digs in a win over Lycoming (10/26/21)...Added four assists in a win over Marywood (9/8/21)...Recorded a season-best two service aces with 10 digs in a win over Wilson (10/8/21)...King's finished 22-5 overall and 4-4 in MAC Freedom play before falling in the opening round of the MAC Freedom tournament.

PRIOR TO KING'S: Competed in volleyball and track and field for the Hurricanes of Liberty High School...Named captain in volleyball as a sophomore and a senior...Earned team MVP/most improved as a senior...Member of the National Honor Society, Key Club, and the school newspaper as well as earning honor society accolades every semester...Competed for East Coast Power club volleyball team.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Kelly and Dan Shire...Has one sister, Courtney...A Secondary Education major with a minor in English...Chose King's College over Moravian and Kutztown "because it provided me with a great opportunity to advance not only academics and athletics, but become a strong, organized, and responsible adult as well. As soon as I stepped on campus for my tour I knew I wanted to be here."
