2022: Appeared in two out of a possible six races as a junior for the Monarchs...Ran a personal-best time on a 4,000-meter course at the Misericordia Invitational (9/1/22)...Finished in a personal-best time on an 8,000-meter course at the Dutchmen Invitational (9/10/22)...King's finished 8th of 16 scoring teams at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships and 19th of 32 scoring teams at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships.

PRIOR TO KING'S: Competed in cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field for the Lancers of Gilmour Academy.

PERSONAL: Son of Dale and Jennifer Tomasek...A physician assistant major...Chose King's College for the "physician assistant program."
