2023 (Outdoor Season): Competed in one out of a possible nine meets as a graduate student distance runner for the Monarchs...Ran a season-best time of 1:13.92 in the 400 meter dash at the Muhlenberg Outdoor Invitational (4/1/23)...King's finished 5th out of 16 scoring teams at the 2023 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with 67 points.
2022 (Outdoor Season): Competed in all eight meets as a senior distance runner for the Monarchs...Recorded a personal-best time of 2:33.67 in the 800 meter run at the Misericordia Invitational (4/22/22)...Posted a personal-best time of 1:07.28 in the 400 meter dash at the Messiah Multi and Invitational (3/19/22)...Also competed on the 4x100 meter and 4x400 meter relay teams...King's finished tied for eighth out of 15 teams at the MAC Outdoor Championships with 36 points.
2021-22 (Indoor Season): Competed in six out of a possible eight meets as a senior distance runner for the Monarchs...Recorded a personal-best time of 6:27.13 in the mile at the Kane Invitational (1/29/22)..Posted a season-best time of 2:41.88 in the 800 meter run at the 2022 Susquehanna Tune Up (2/18/22)...Also competed in the 4x400 meter, 4x800 meter, and distance medley relay teams...King's finished tenth at the MAC Championships with 16 points.
2021 (Outdoor Season): Competed in four of eight meets as a junior mid distance runner ... Ran on 4x400 meter relay and 4x800 meter relay teams at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships ... Was the third leg on King's 4x400 meter relay team that finished 11th with a time of 4:24.25 ... Was the anchor leg on King's 4x800 meter relay team that finished seventh to score two points with a time of 10:10.39 ... Ran a season best time of 5:48.35 in the 1500 meters at the MU Twilight Meet (4/16) ... named to MAC Spring Academic Honor Roll ... King's finished 10th at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships with 21 points
PRIOR TO KING'S: Was a three-sport standout for the Bears of Boyertown Area Senior High School ... lettered in lacrosse, along with basketball and field hockey ... played for the PA Pride girl's lacrosse club.
PERSONAL: Also a member of the King's College women's cross country team ... daughter of Noelle and Shawn O'Connor ... has two siblings, Kevin and Laura ... a physician assistant major ... chose King's over DeSales because "it was the best academic choice for me and had a great community surrounding it."
