King's College Athletics

After a successful playing career at King's College, Matt Bound joins the King's baseball coaching staff as a defense, bunting, and base running coach. He enters his second season on the staff for the Monarchs in 2024.

Bound is responsible for working with Assistant Coach Troy Banks with the development of the program's infielders and outfielders. They will also work closely with developing bunting and base running skills.

• 2022 graduate of King's College with a bachelor's in finance and economics.
• Was a MAC Academic Honor Roll recipient and earned All-MAC Sportsmanship Team honors.
• Was a three-year member of the Monarchs baseball program.
• Was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society, Financial Management Association National Honor Society, and Chi Alpha Sigma National Athlete Honor Society.
• Currently works as a Surety Underwriter for Philadelphia Insurance Companies.
