King's College Athletics

Ryan Whetstone enters his third season on the King's College baseball coaching staff and his first in the position of Recruiting Director in 2025. Whetstone is responsible for directing all aspects of the recruiting process with the coaching staff and college departments. He also works very closely with Associate Head Coach Jerry Bavitz with coordinating staff coverage at showcases, tournaments, and games.

• Joins King's with 15 years coaching experience from Little League to Legion.
• Had a successful playing career at PSU Wilkes-Barre in 2000 and 2001 where Coach Greeley was his coach.
• 1999 graduate of Nativity B.V.M. High School.
• Played baseball for four years at Nativity B.V.M. in Pottsville, Pa.
• Currently resides in Taylor, Pa. and has three children, Chase, Carter, and Cole.
• Currently employed at Lowe's Distribution Center in Pittston, Pa.
