King's College Athletics

Troy Banks joins the King's College baseball coaching staff for his first season in 2024. Banks brings a great amount of college and professional playing experience as a First Team All-Conference selection for Division II Mercyhurst University in 2022. Later that summer, he played professionally for the Trenton Thunder in the MLB Draft League where Head Coach Jerry Greeley was a member of the coaching staff that summer.

Banks will pursue his Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration at King's. He will also be highly involved with working with the infield and outfield defense, bunting, and base running. Banks will assist Coach Greeley with the day-to-day operations of the program as a presence on campus. He will also be responsible for working with the coaching staff and players to develop and monitor individual player development plans.

• Competed for Division II Mercyhurst from 2020-22
• Appeared in 98 career games with a .287 batting average, 94 hits, 20 home runs, 74 RBIs, and 6 stolen bases.
• Named First Team All-PSAC as a second basemen in 2022.
