2023: Was one of seven players to appear in al 27 matches and one of two to appear in all 89 sets as a junior outside hitter for the Monarchs...Led the team with 286 kills at 3.21 kills per set and 170 digs and ranked third with 38 aces and 43 total blocks...Recorded a .310 hitting percentage while adding three assists...Tallied double-digit kills in 14 matches...Posted a season-high 21 kills on 35 attempts with just two errors while adding a season-best 15 digs with four blocks and two aces in a win over Wilkes (3/25/23) to earn MAC Offensive Player of the Week (3/27/23)...Recorded a season-high six blocks in a win over New Jersey City (2/18/23)...Named to the All-MAC Second Team as an outside hitter...King's finished 20-7 overall and 4-5 in Middle Atlantic Conference play.

2022: Emerged as a dominant presence in Division III men's volleyball as one of just four Monarchs to appear and start in all 26 matches as a sophomore opposite hitter...Led King's with 309 kills, 77.0 total blocks, and 33 aces while ranking third with 124 digs...Recorded 663 attempts for a .235 hitting percentage, adding six assists for 390.5 points...Posted double-digit kills in 18 out of 26 matches...Tallied a double-double of 17 kills and 11 digs with seven blocks, four aces, and two assists for 24.5 points in a win over Emerson (2/19/22)...Added another double-double of 17 kills and 11 digs in a win over Misericordia (4/1/22)...Posted a season-high 26 kills on 49 attempts, hitting .347, with eight aces, eight digs, and two blocks for 35.5 points in a loss at Arcadia (3/2/22)...Named MAC Defensive Player of the Week on February 21 for his play against Wilkes, Dean, Emerson, and Regis...Earned a spot on the FrogJump Volleyball Team of the Week on February 8 for his play against SUNY Potsdam (2/6/22)...Received MAC Honorable Mention accolades...King's finished 15-11 overall and 4-9 in MAC play.

PRIOR TO KING'S: Played volleyball, basketball, and football for the Royals of Holy Redeemer High School...Named team captain for his junior and senior seasons in both volleyball and basketball...Named volleyball team MVP as a junior and senior...Helped pace the Royals volleyball program to its ninth consecutive District 2 Championship...Earned All-District 2 First Team and All-Conference First Team as both a sophomore and junior...Tabbed Player of the Year in the Wyoming Valley Conference and All-State honors as a junior...Was a member of the National Honor Society...Competed for KRVA High Performance Team.

PERSONAL: Son of Ralph and Danielle Piontkowski...Has two brothers, Seth and Matt, who is a recent graduate of King's ('22) and the men's volleyball program...Cousin Brent and Uncle Jeff are also King's alumni...A business management and finance major with a minor in accounting...Chose King's College over Penn State University and Ohio State University 'because it truly felt like home. It's a community that wants the best for their students and wants to them to not just excel in the classroom but outside of it as well. I wanted to help build up a new program and put King's College men's volleyball back on the map."
