CAITLIN HADZIMICHALIS

Biography

Caitlin Hadzimichalis was introduced as the sixth head coach in program history in July 2016 after being an assistant for the past seven seasons. She completed her eighth active season as head of the program in 2024-25 and has returned the Monarchs women's basketball team to a MAC Freedom Tournament-contending program.

Ahead of the 2024-25 academic year, Hadzimichalis was appointed Senior Woman Administrator (SWA).

At King's Head Coach

  • Hadzimichalis led the Monarchs to four straight MAC Freedom tournament appearances from 2018-2022 after missing the postseason the previous four seasons.
  • Overall record of 85-119, while posting a 51-65 mark in MAC Freedom play.
Program Milestones
  • 2020 - First MAC Freedom Championship appearance since the 2012-2013 campaign.
  • Posted the third and fourth best free throw percentage in a season in the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 campaigns.
  • Totaled three top-10 season finishes in three-point field goals made (2018-19, 2019-20, 2021-22).
  • Set the single-season record for most rebounds in a game twice, once in 2016 with 68 against Wilkes and then again in 2019 with 74 against Gwynedd Mercy.
