Ahead of the 2024-25 season, Head Coach Caitlin Hadzimichalis announced the addition of Mike Dooley to the coaching staff as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. He completed his first season on the staff at the conclusion of the 2024-25 campaign. With a wealth of experience, energy and enthusiasm, especially for recruiting, and a track record for improving program's he is involved with, Dooley is slated for a great first season with the Monarch women's basketball program.

Dooley's roles will including all aspects of recruiting, scouting opponents, game planning, film analysis, among other duties as assigned.
