2023: Appeared in all five races as a junior for the Monarchs...Ran a season-best time on a 4,000-meter course in 17:23.1 at the Misericordia Invitational (9/1/23)...Posted a season-best time on an 6,000-meter course in 23:34.5 at the Lock Haven Invitational (9/23/23)...Earned All-MAC Third Team honors in 25:50.7 to finish 21st at the MAC Championships...King's finished 14th out of 14 scoring teams with 327 points at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships and 21st out of 29 scoring teams with 594 points at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships.

PRIOR TO KING'S: Letter-winning runner and swimmer for the Seals of Selinsgrove Area High School in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania ... graduated from SAHS in 2021 ranked ninth in her class, as a member of the National Honors Society, the Spanish National Honors Society, and the Tri-M Music Honors Society ... earned four varsity letters as a member of the Seals cross country team, four letters as a member of the track and field squad, and three letters while on the Selinsgrove swimming team ... named a co-captain of cross country and track and field squads as a senior ... named captain of swimming team as a sophomore and junior ... ran personal best times of 2:21 in the 800, 5:24 in the 1600, 12:03 in the 3200, and 19:14 in the 5K
